After considering the rate of exchanges as of time you pay, transfer the local currency (foreign currency) calculated according to the amount of KRW.

    1. Students for 'Domestic class' who take classes in Korea

    (a) No need of Certificate of Admission which is required for D-4 visa

(Students who are staying in Korea currently with other visas or have registered for only one semester (3 months))

If overpaid fees (excess amount) occur due to the exchange rate differences by date, the fees can only be refunded to a Korean bank account. Therefore, we suggest you to pay 90% of the total tuition and pay again the rest of the deficit amount in Korea.

    (b) In case of applying D-4 visa with a Certificate of Admission ★★★

(Students who have registered for more than two semesters (6 months))

According to the guidelines of the Ministry of Justice and Korea Immigration Service, a Certificate of Admission can be issued only when FULL tuition fees have been paid including application fees, tuition fees, etc. (Even the inevitable outstanding balance due to the exchange rate differences by the time of payment is NOT accepted)

Therefore, in order to receive a Certificate of Admission and visa in time, we recommend you to pay 105% of the total amount of tuition in order to avoid the deficit balance. We suggest you to get a refund for the excess amount in Korea.

    2. Students for 'Overseas class' who take classes abroad

(No visa is required as they don’t enter Korea)

If overpaid fees (excess amount) occur due to the exchange rate differences by date, the fees can only be refunded to a Korean bank account. Therefore, we suggest you to pay 90% of the total tuition and pay again the rest of the deficit amount after the beginning of the semester.
