Please submit bank balance statement letter issued after December 16th for D-4 Visa applicants,

as Certificate of Admission for Spring semester can be issued starting from mid-December.

Per Immigration Office policy, all registration procedure, including Visa application at the Embassy,

must be completed within 30 days of bank balance statement letter issuance date.

Please be aware that if the applicant does not complete registration

within this timeframe due to additional documents submission or delays in overseas payment transfer,

they may need to re-issue their bank statement balance letter with updated date.
