Short-term Program
- Application Qualification: Students who registered to Short-Term program (corresponding semester)
It's not possible to extend the usage of the dormitory.
Dormitory Application is only open for Feb,July and August semesters.
Please be noted that students cannot check-in on holidays and weekends.

Intensive Program
- Application Qualification: Students who registered to Intensive program (corresponding semester)
A student can reside for a maximum of 2 semesters.
The dormitory residence period may vary depending on internal circumstances.
Please be noted that students cannot check-in on holidays and weekends.

Note
- 1) If you don’t take or drop out of the ELC Intensive course, the dormitory will be canceled automatically. (No Refund for dormitory fees)
- 2) Rooms will be assigned randomly on a first-come, first-served basis according to the order of application.
- 3) The application will be canceled if the dormitory fee payment is overdue.
- 4) Dormitory check-in is not allowed if there is a problem with the chest X-ray diagnosis (tuberculosis) test result.
- 5) A dormitory is a communal living space, and there may be various inconveniences, such as noise, and differences in personality, age, nationality, and lifestyle with roommates. You are not allowed to change your room after moving in.
