Short-term Program
- Application Qualification: Students who registered to Short-Term program (corresponding semester)
- Application Progress: detailed information will be updated on our homepage > noitce 2~3 month before semester begins.
It's not possible to extend the usage of the dormitory.
Dormitory Application is only open for Feb,July and August semesters.

Intensive Program

- Application Progress: Detailed information will be updated on our homepage notice board>notice will be uploaded two months before corresponding semester begins.
Please be noted that students cannot check-in on holidays and weekends.

Note
- 1) If you don’t take or drop out of the ELC Intensive course, the dormitory will be canceled automatically. (No Refund for dormitory fees)
- 2) The application will be canceled if the dormitory fee payment is overdue.
- 3) Dormitory check-in is not allowed if there is a problem with the chest X-ray diagnosis (tuberculosis) test result.
- 4) A dormitory is a communal living space, and there may be various inconveniences, such as noise, and differences in personality, age, nationality, and lifestyle with roommates. You are not allowed to change your room after moving in.
- 5) If a student accumulates 10 or more demerit points or receives expulsion for violating dormitory rules, they must leave the dormitory immediately (no refund for dormitory fees), (Please refer to the penalty point table in the dormitory handbook distributed on the day of move in)
- 6) If you want to send your luggage to the dorm, please send them to the address below.
